I’ve been on holiday at @lyngen_lodge_norway practicing the art of being. The nature is unbelievable here, with only a few hours of daylight each day which is important in terms of maximizing daytime activities while practicing gratitude, groundedness, and introspection in the darkness.
Today was a practice of JOY while allowing these beautiful huskies to guide me. They gave 💯% of their energy to me…and in return, I got to give 💯% of my energetic love right back to them 🤍 🐕 🤍
